RotateAndFlip Constructor

Creates and initializes new RotateAndFlip class instance.

Remarks

If you create a RotateAndFlip instance with this constructor, do not forget to initialize Mode property later. As its default value is RotateNoneFlipNone, no effect will be applied if you run it without initializing this property.
