This class enables you to apply mosaic effect on the image.
Namespace:
Aurigma.GraphicsMill.Transforms
Assembly:
Aurigma.GraphicsMill (in Aurigma.GraphicsMill.dll)
Public NotInheritable Class Mosaic _ Inherits MaskedBitmapTransform
public sealed class Mosaic : MaskedBitmapTransform
This effect lies in averaging a block of pixels of specified size. You specify CellWidth and CellHeight, and the image is "pixelated" according this cell size.
All the coordinates and sizes are measured in units specified with Unit property.
