MedianFilter Class

This class enables you to apply median filter.

Namespace: Aurigma.GraphicsMill.Transforms
Assembly: Aurigma.GraphicsMill (in Aurigma.GraphicsMill.dll)

Syntax

Visual Basic
Public NotInheritable Class MedianFilter _
	Inherits BitmapTransform
C#
public sealed class MedianFilter : BitmapTransform

Remarks

Median filter is a non-linear filter which works in the following way: for each pixel it searches median pixel in "running window" of the radius specified with Radius property. This pixel is copied to the result bitmap.

This filter is good for removing noise (especially impulse noise).
